Yes, Executive Stats is made to run so that you don't have to hire a programmer in-house. A basic knowledge of an html editor such as Macromedia Dreamweaver MX is necessary by you or someone on your staff.

What kind of server server specs does Executive Stats need?
Your server setup is dependant upon your traffic level. For the majority of installs, Highest Single Consumer Grade level chip, i.e. AMD Athon or Intel P4 2.4Ghz or greater, 1GB RAM and an 80GB hard drive is acceptable. If you have 100K daily uniques, you may need to upgrade to dual Pentium processors and up to 2K Gigs of RAM.

Executive Stats recommends a server running Apache 1.1.39, php 4.3.10, Red Hat 8 or FreeBSD 4.10. MySQL 4.0.18 will also be needed to run the backend database. Your host will need to edit the Apache configuration to allow index.php files to be read as index files. Click here for our entire install request form that has specific install information.

How long does it take to get Executive Stats installed?
Upon finalizing the software agreement, please provide our installation staff with your server login. Root access is required upon software installation, so we may expeditiously install the software along with the necessary modules. Our goal is to get you up and running as soon as possible. Please provide the following:

1. Server ftp and MySQL logins.
2. Coded website tours - we will code in the initial tours with the tour code and test the database and postbacks, as well as show you how easy it is to code in and add new tours as you grow.
3. New processiong codes will be needed if you have an existing program. We request that you get new processor codes setup with our new postback URL. If you are brand new, these codes can be set up to our specifications with the processors that we currently support.
4. Decide on how often you would like to pay your webmasters (weekly, monthly, bi-weekly), and how soon you would like to pay your webmasters after the pay period ends. We recommend a two-week delay to allow for fraud review.
5. Assign your sales representative, payout amounts, and any other feature that you would like setup initially.
6. Your current affiliate program layout/template or the design/layout that you plan to use for your webmasters to login to check their stats.

How much traffic can Executive Stats handle?

How much does technical support cost?
During our normal installation we will do the coding of up to 5 tours, and then train your technical person on staff how to code in the rest of the tours, set up exit chains, load processors etc. This is something that is a good thing for any clients staff to understand how to do.

We also have technical staff that can help and assist those who may be one man operations or with limited available staff members. By signing a long term contract of 12 months, we will code in as many tours as you need, as well as set up exit chains, etc for you, which would be included in the $999 installation fee.

Of course if you are buying outright or using the lease to buy option, the same tech support is available.

Our system also comes with documentation as well as our staff can/will give tutorials on how to set things up in the future: ie: adding in new tours, adding new processors, etc. If you would like our tech staff to do this for you, we can also do this as well for $25/hour. Estimates would be given prior to beginning, and prices will not exceed estimates.

On customization, programming hours are $50/hour, with estimates also given up front. This would include changes to code, adding in a processor that is not supported, custom payouts, etc... but we do include 16 hours of customization in our initial install as well. Most minor items can be covered in the initial installation.

Will Executive Stats know if my server has problems?
We use the Nagios monitoring system, which is used by most major hosting companies. We will most likely know about problems before you do, so that your host's support may be contacted to resolve the problem. Clients may chose to have the system contact them via text messaging on cell phones or via email.

I want to get setup with Executive Stats, but I want a custom layout, can I do this?
Yes, our stats package is customizable to the program owner's layout.

Does Executive Stats allow its client's affiliates to view stats in real time?
Yes, real-time stats are displayed.

I'm using a different stats program, how difficult will it be to switch to Executive Stats?
Our install staff will take great care to study your existing tracking system. While the database tracking is being setup, another tech will be working steadfastly on preparing your site tours for the Executive Stats system.

If I get setup on Executive Stats, can I add in new site tours myself?
Yes, we instruct the client's tour setup, step-by-step. Reference manuals are listed in the admin area.
We are available over the phone, icq and email. We are all native English speakers, so any communication will be logical and understandable.

Does Executive Stats support multiple tour versions for the same site?
Yes, we understand that your affiliates appreciate different tour designs and trial price offerings, so multiple tours, rotating tours, multiple pricing options, and rotating episodes on tours are all supported.

What does Executive Stats offer in terms of affiliate fraud prevention?

I use CCBill and Epoch, does Executive Stats support these processors?
Yes, we support these processors and many more. We are very familiar with site setup and postback with the various processors, so we will get you setup quickly.

Does Executive Stats allow me to switch back and forth between processors?
As we all know, there can be times when a certain processor has issues, so it's important that you do not lose sales during these times. Therefore, Executive Stats allows clients to set a primary, secondary, etc. processor on credit card, checking, web900 and other billing methods. If processor #1 were to go down, a few clicks of the mouse will set processor #2 as the primary processor.

Does Executive Stats allow me to pay my affiliates every week?
Yes, we allow our clients to define their affiliate pay period.

Does Executive Stats allow me to pay certain affiliates a higher payout?
Yes, customized payouts, bonus paydays, and affiliate performance bonuses are all supported.

How does Executive Stats show me my bottom line?
We offer a detailed and "at a glance" profitability section that documents joins, affiliate payouts, and many other variables involved in the paysite business.
