Affiliate fraud is a problem all sponsors face. It costs companies money and worse it can cause a sponsor to lose their ability to process credit cards. Executive Stats has developed the S.C.A.M. "Sales Check Affiliate Monitoring" system to battle affiliate fraud.

SCAM is a fraud detection system that can be customized by the sponsor and helps detect possible fraudulent transactions before paying out commissions.

ES allows the sponsor to see exactly how profitable or non-profitable an affiliate or an individual site is based upon total billing, affiliate payout, minus any credits and chargebacks and credit processing fees associated with the transactions.

All affiliate and member data is tracked and associated to each transaction so that program owners can easily visualize all possible fraud rings or activity.

Questionable accounts will be highlighted as "flagged" for further review. These flagged accounts can be reviewed one-by-one with a click of your mouse, which shows the last 90 days of transactions so you can look for trends or repeated signup data.

ES is set up to easily sell off and buy in cross sales from Paycom, WTS, and CCbill.

In addition, ES allows for cascading billing, which can be customized on a site-by-site basis via the ES admin. When a transaction triggers the cascading billing, the original affiliate is credited for the join on the secondary processor.

Dynamic join pages allow administrators to define the primary credit card processor, the secondary credit card processor, the primary check processor, the secondary check processor, the primary dialer, and the secondary dialer. In the event a processing solution has problems, the administrator can switch to thier other processors quickly and easily.

Surfers will have more payment options. You and your affiliates will get more joins. In turn, you will get more traffic and make more money.

ES allows clients to "create your own graph" to view the following items:

• join data by hour, day, and month in the dashboard

Affiliates are much more likely to send traffic to a sponsor who has a centralized, well-organized marketing area. ES's marketing area allows affiliates to send traffic via the following methods:

ES offers advanced tour option features as well:

• Affiliate links use the / to define variables, so as to work with all clicks-in and clicks-out trade scripts.
• New variables may be including to the linking code to turn off alternate payment options such as the dialer.
• Affiliates can send traffic directly to the join page and the affiliate payout can be lowered on these joins.
• Affiliates can earn credit on exit console joins by passing on the affiliate ID through all consoles.
• Affiliate links can be disabled and redirected to a new URL, in the event of a violation of affiliate sponsor terms such as spamming.
• An alternate URL can be set to send traffic on processor declines that are based on transaction decline reasons such as "bad country."
• ES utilizes centralized dynamic exit console options.
• ES allows your affiliates to submit a tour to your program, where the administration will code the tour and add to the templates so that other affiliates can send traffic to that alternate tour, and still credit those affiliates with the sales. ES also allows you to credit the graphic designer a set bonus pay for these joins, if applicable.

National Net will be monitoring client systems. They will most likely know about problems before you do, so problems are quickly resolved.

In addition, all referring URLs generated by affiliate traffic is displayed to point out trends.

ES displays affiliate data in the following reports: detailed traffic, potential fraud, retention, profitability, xsell, and graphs. Simply select the affiliate ID, the period in question, and click which report you would like to view.

Affiliate accounts may be searched via credit and chargeback percentage and amount.

ES can display hits to join page, raws and unique hits.

ES affiliates will see the top converting sites when logging into the admin area, so they may better focus their marketing efforts.

Many sponsor program owners want to offer specialized payouts to attract new traffic and affiliates. Instead of trying to manually credit join bonuses on the accounting end, do it seamlessly from the ES admin area.

ES has been specifically designed with affiliate owners in mind. Our features have been made to be easily adjustable and can be easily installed on your servers. As a program owner, we understand the importance of being able to configure and change payouts, adjust pay periods, credit your affiliates for exit traffic, offer special pay rates to certain affiliates, and offer bonus pay during any pay period. In addition, payouts can be adjusted based on exit traffic options. Weekly payouts are set as the default pay period, but the pay period length may be easily customized.

Program owners set the payout method to their affiliates. The available options include:

Open communication with a program's affiliates is very important in garnering traffic. Affiliates want access to accurate, quick stats, and want a rep to be available to answer any questions that may arise. ES took these affiliate needs into account in the following items:

• ES supports affiliates viewing their stats at a glance on the "welcome" page when checking their stats. Detailed stats are available as well. The affiliate rep's picture and contact info may also be displayed on the stats welcome page.
• ES supports affiliate referrals in both percentages of referred revenue and a flat commission per affiliate referred.
• Sponsors get to manually approve their affiliate, so that the affiliate program owner can closely monitor who is sending them traffic. Account representatives are emailed the new affiliate information and can choose from approval or decline options. This can also be automated to fit the sponsor’s needs. All automated responses to affiliates and members are controlled via an easy-to-use html template section.
• Affiliates are able to retrieve their account login via an online form.
• ES allows affiliates to be searched for via all data fields, such as company name, email, address, etc.
• Your account representatives can be setup with limits on administration access. These representatives can be assigned randomly, numerically, or by affiliate code as new affiliates join the program. All account representatives can easily manage their accounts with their individual login and track their sales and productivity.
• ES offers a mass mailer feature that allows the administrator to contact their affiliates and website members. It also allows the administrator to set up a delayed email to send marketing information to its surfers as they enter their emails into collection boxes on the tours and join pages.

The first step of running affiliate payouts is to run a payscript at the end of each pay period. The script will produce a file that is imported into Intuit's Quickbooks Software where affiliate checks are run with the touch of a button. A list of affiliates to be paid is generated to further assist with affiliate payment tracking. If a minimum payout value is set, affiliates who don't reach this amount have a balance carried over to the next pay period until the minimum payout is met. ES handles "bonus payout" days internally as well. Manual check writing is a thing of the past.

Both affiliates and program owners are able to view account payment history. By default ES displays a field on the affiliate signup form requesting a tax ID, so this information will be available at tax time.

Historical payout periods are displayed in ES, to balance bookkeeping. Pay periods are "finalized" once fraud review is complete.

We also offer affiliate payouts in a .csv format, which is compatible with Peachtree software.
